Kootenay Spinning

Welcome to the first official spin class being offered to the Castlegar area. What is spinning? It is an ever growing fitness craze that is sweeping the fitness industry. Spinning is a cardiovascular workout done on specialized stationary bikes.

What differentiates a spin class from other fitness type classes? Firstly, it doesn't matter if you are a 19 year old female, 55 year old grandpa, or Lance Armstrong, you work at your own pace. It doesn't matter if you have not ridden a bike in years. Spin bikes are stable, safe and provide you with a low impact exercise workout. You will be fitted on the spin bike depending on your body composition.
